Gary Beard
Managing Director
A Chartered Engineer with 47 years’ experience including 23 years in the Royal Electrical Mechanical Engineers providing the drive and strategic direction to DSSEC’s ideology in terms of Through-Life Support, encapsulating the adoption of Engineering disciplines as ‘services’.

Katie Richardson
Lead Engineer
Katie joined DSSEC in 2012 with a BSc in Physics and has been working in Supportability Engineering and related disciplines across multiple MoD programmes. She has gained in-depth experience in the application and management of ILS and has provided real results to the customer and wider user community.

Elliot Knowlson
Graduate Through Life Support Engineer
Elliot joined DSSEC in 2021 with an MEng in Mechanical Engineering and MSc in Advanced Engineering Management. He is currently enrolled in the Graduate Scheme, developing his knowledge and skills, whilst contributing to key deliverables across multiple contracts.

Ben Pamphilon
Supportability Engineer
Ben joined DSSEC in 2019 as a Graduate Analyst with a BSc in Economics. He has successfully completed the Graduate Scheme after gaining valuable experience across numerous contracts and building his knowledge base. He has since taken on leadership responsibility of a project delivering into the Programme Lead.

company’s activities by defining quality objectives, devising and implementing effective solutions to achieve them, and
monitoring progress as part of our Management Review.
