Atlas Defence Information Infrastructure (DII)

There was a need to create a day to day IT service that could provide 99.9% availability, as the MoD embarked on a demanding program to replace their outdated and diverse IT systems to a single structure – the DII.

DSSEC provided a dynamic and adaptive team. The team are instrumental in the setup of production, implementation and day-to-day in-service support, including Hazard & Safety and cost analysis. To provide all the Def.Stan compliant deliverables leading to the client’s formal declaration of the In-service Support Date (ISD)

Theatre Network and Service Management (TN&SM)

An Urgent Operational Requirement (UOR) to provide a ITSM capability to monitor network and application performance and provide service management capabilities for deployed networks and IT systems was identified by the MOD in 2010. Contracts were let for the delivery of the system to multiple deployed security domains, controlled and monitored centrally from the UK.

DSSEC was engaged by the MOD in March 2012 to assume control for Formal Support of the TN&SM Capability
